Given this "outfit" benefit of the doubt 4 times now.... stupid me! - spent over £900 with them, and not once, not one single time in 8 months have they got anything right, and when they do mess up (which they will!) get ready for the BS and fiction to follow. Plenty of alternatives.... Don't bother is my advice.

I’ve used vapeoholic a few times now
I’ve used vapeoholic a few times now. I will never use them again I ordered Argus gt2. I had issues with the device the tank was wobbling on the mod kept saying check atomizer
I sent it back to them for them to look at/fix they contacted me and said it was misuse and they will send the device back. Upon reviving the mod back I took the metal plating off to find to screws not done up hence why the wobble came. They didn’t take the time to even look at it. I fixed this myself and sent them an email that they ignored avoid. I’ve seen their reply which is completely useless customer service should be a company’s first motto you asked for me to send back the mod so you could fix then I called you guys for you to say it has misused.I’ve already emailed you guys but you’ve ignored it!

Shocking company
Order #676382 Your customer service is absolutely shocking. You take days to reply and then give pathetic excuses. You claim express delivery for over £30. This is a lie! Simply false advertising. You know it’s Xmas and you know mail strikes are happening yet you let my order sit with you all day Friday, over the weekend (when closed) and all day Monday before moving. That is not express! It’s now 7 days later and no delivery. I will never ever order from you again. I’ve also since read other reviews of yours and apparently your product is just as poor. If I find this to be the case I will be asking for a full refund! Just terrible. .
Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Royal mail have lost a few parcels in the past and Vapoholic are always quick responding and staff are friendly and helpful. Won’t order vape products from anywhere else.

Order has been stuck since the 16 November, all i got was to wait 1 month, when the refund terms end.
Asked for more information or a refund after that, got zero response, they are not even opening the mails, and was even my biggest order from them... as right now, i'am being scammed,

No tracking, no response, no help. Awful company.

Still nothing received. They offered to send me a replacement by a different courier 2 weeks ago but they never did.
No product, no response and no refund.

Item despatched to Royal mail 24th November on a next day delivery.
Item hasn't arrived and Vapoholic are not answering any of my emails. They don't even answer the phone when I call.
With no response from them I have no choice but to report them to Trading Standards.
Very poor service.

Ordered from here a couple of times now, and absolutely perfect every time this time I ordered a Innokin Sensis, could and 3 short fills. Packed perfect, fast shipping very competitive prices too. Also found the website was easy to navigate around with some top guides to help out if ur unsure what u need probably one of the best set out vape sites Iv been on. Will definitely order again some absolute bargains to be had.

Do not waste your time and money here
5 weeks to get an order from England to Ireland because this company cant fill out a customs declaration correctly. Left to fix the issue and track down the package yourself even though the website falsely advertises fast and reliable delivery. Very slow and poor customer service, no resolution offered but generic copy and paste apologies. Do not waste your money here

One of the best
Website easy to navigate and select the products I wanted. There was 1 incorrect flavour, but the way vapeholic staff Krissy dealt with was 2nd to none! Polite and helpful and rectified it immediately. The flavours are great and prices superb. Can not fault this company. Although more ice range for 50/50 would be great but also had a conversation about that with Krissy on the phone, more than happy to listen to customers and pass on your comments.

I’ve been ordering from vapoholic for over 2 years now. The range of flavours and the value are amazing.
I’ve only ever had one or two issues and this has been down to Royal Mail, not vapoholic, yet they are always so happy to help out.
I always have people asking what liquid I am using, my favourite being the fantasi strawberry ice.
They always have a 4 for 3 offer on which is brilliant!

I just want to say how pleased I am with the service I received from vapoholic! I had a problem and went straight to the team via email and they sorted it out quickly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for more. Great service and very polite. Definitely be using vapoholic again!

Great delivery, from ordering to receiving my vape juice under 24 hrs. Easy ordering process. Great prices. Good tasting juice, great clouds. Fantastic choice of flavours. Will be using Vapoholic as my preferred destination for vape stuff from now on

Customer service is excellent for this company, I ordered a Smok in a red colour but there was none left. Contacted customer service and they gave me many options, refunded my express shipping fee and got back in good time while being very apologetic. Would recommend!

Terrible !!!
Terrible !!!! - don’t bother
My 1st time using this company I ordered several bottles of 100ml liquids and didn’t receive despite having a tracking number when sent. I had to contact Royal Mail several times to chase plus emails to the company which they don’t bother to reply. I didn’t get my liquid or my money back. Stay clear use a company you can trust or read reviews first
